Discussion Groups allow visitors to participate in your organization's related discussions. These visitors can view and post messages at their convenience, from home, office, 24 hours a day. Visitors can not only post messages, photographs and create discussion topics; they are also able to send private mail directly to one another inside the Discussion Group area. Another valuable feature of Discussion Groups is the searchable archive capability. This gives your organization an easy method of maintaining an archive of all old posts. New and old posts are searchable by author, date, subject, or content. In addition, profiles can be linked to a different database. This is great for organizations and communities that already have member databases.

  Choose the level of security you desire. You can choose to have a specific forum open for anonymous postings, or only registered users. Sessions can be encrypted for added security.
• Customizable
  Easily customize the look and feel directly through the easy-to-use interface. Either pick one of our defaults, or get your hands dirty by specifying the details. You can control the colors, borders, backgrounds, and even images for each page.
• Private Mail
  Users can send private mail directly to one another inside the forums area. In addition users can select to receive notification of replies to their posts via email or private messages.
• Moderated Forums
  Each forum can have its own moderator. Posts can be removed, edited or deleted. Users can be banned or sent warnings.
• Full HTML and Mark-Up Support
  Each forum can be configured to support or deny HTML and Mark-Up. URLs can be automatically hi-lighted and linkable. Optional graphics (such as smiley faces) can be added for spice.
• User Editable Profiles
  User profiles can be edited at any time by the user. The user can set their default preferences such as e-mail notification, sort order, threading, automatic preview, and many more.
